Going Vegan? 🅥 Tip 2.- LISTEN TO YOUR GUT



Besides having digestive problems 🙄, this is about paying attention to your instinct, all the answers to your questions and doubts have to come from inside You (Your Heart, Your Brain, Your Soul) not other People's opinions. How many times a plan You were super excited with, ended up unfinished because You wanted other People's approval? YEP, too many! People have different perspectives about everything, and most of them are not compatible with yours, You don't have to drop your plans because Other's points of view. This is a big change, You need to get -"Informed" about your plans- more than get -"Reactions" about your plans- .

Do your research about going Vegan in sources and sites that provide You: Yummy Recipes, How to do your Grocery in a smart way (those where they advice You where to get Organic and Vegan Products at good price), Positive Quotes, Good Vibes, Health Tips, etc... You have too much to learn and little time(2 weeks drinking water, remember?), so Why wasting it running around asking if You should go Vegan to people that most of the time are not even informed about it, just like You? 😬, and if on top of that You include the Negative, Toxic, and Selfish People, pfff, all this Project will end up looking IMPOSSIBLE 😕. Only You know your reason for going Vegan, give some credit to your Gut and be determined to make your plans come true. Believe in yourself!
